Congratulations to our Player of the Week!

LINCOLN is our always smiling, energetic, curious tennis player that has been with our club for 8 years!

Lincoln started his tennis journey in grade 2 and now as a young man in grade 10, has achieved his dream of becoming our Player of the Week! Linc is a talented chef, conversationist, musician and golfer, but his true love is being at the tennis courts each week chatting with his favourite tennis coach and hanging out with his friends while giving his best efforts in his matches.

Lincoln brings light and laughter to our community and it is a pleasure to have him each week on the tennis courts, even if it is watching him practise his golf swings..

Congratulations to our Player of the Week!

KIRSTEN is our very intelligent and funny young lady who enjoys her 1 on 1 private lesson and green & yellow ball squad each week.

Kirsten enjoys conversations in-between serving practise and definitely has some interesting stories to tell! Kirsten keeps me on my toes and has been enjoying her tennis journey so far.

She is a very kind and caring student and is a fantastic role model to our younger students.

Congratulations to our first Player of the Week for Term 3!

MONICA is our quiet achiever in the Red Ball Program held in M block every Tuesday. She always demonstrates kindness and care towards both her coaches and peers.

While Monica may struggle opening her lunchbox each week, she shines bright on the tennis court and always plays with a great attitude and big smiles!

A very deserving winner this week.

Our good friend Ash and his lovely family from Mt Cotton Organic Fruit & Veg were recently a feature on Tasman Trails on channel 9.

I first met Ash in 2017 when I started at Capalaba Tennis Centre and he generously sponsored our junior fixtures program, donating some fresh fruit for the kids each week.

I’ve been lucky to get to know Ash over the years and happy to call him a friend. If you don’t know about his farm and interested in his story you can watch the episode here;

We purchase our organic produce from Ash’s farm and highly recommend our tennis community to support our local family farmer and check out his lovely farm!

Our Red Ball program has wrapped up for another amazing season of tennis with our preppies to Year 3 tennis players.

Always full of energy and giggles every Tuesday in M block where students enjoy building their fundamental tennis techniques, hand eye coordination and creating lots of fun memories!

We have an amazing community of players and coaches and couldn’t be prouder of what we do!
