Monday nights are growing 🌙

To help create a little more space and comfort in class, I’m adding an extra Monday evening class to the timetable 🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏻‍♂️

🌟🌟NEW Monday schedule:

6pm - Hands-Free Hatha7.15pm - Hatha Yoga

The new Hands-Free Hatha class avoids weight-bearing on the hands, wrists and arms, making it a great option for anyone wanting to give those areas a little break, while still enjoying a full, balanced Hatha class.

Both classes are suitable for everyone, so it may simply come down to which time suits you best.

Classes are held at Goodwood Theatre & Studios, 166 Goodwood Road, Goodwood.

With classes starting again tomorrow, I thought I’d take a moment to reintroduce myself.

I’m Naomi, and this year marks my 15th year of teaching yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️

My approach to yoga has been shaped by time, experience, and a deep respect for the fact that bodies and lives are always changing.

My classes aren’t about chasing shapes or pushing through, they’re about moving with awareness, building strength and mobility, and creating space to breathe, settle and reset.

I teach yoga because I believe it should support you in real life.

On the days you feel energised, and on the days you’re tired or carrying a lot.

Yoga that meets you where you are, not where you think you should be.

If you’re curious about yoga, or feeling ready to come back to your mat after some time away, I’d love to practise with you.

Classes begin again tomorrow.
You’re very welcome.

Naomi

This is a sped-up look at one of my recorded Hatha classes - free to access for everyone on my mailing list 🧘🏻‍♀️

I’ve been joining myself on the mat lately… slightly weird, surprisingly grounding, highly recommended ☺️

Perfect for these hot ☀️ summer days when practicing at home (hello air conditioning 😎 ) just makes sense.
