A few weeks back I attended YOGA FOR (dis)ABILITY TEACHER TRAINING, held , Buderim.
~ A program close to my heart and fulfilling my WHY of pursuing yoga teaching.
~ Lisa is effervescent, warm and passionate; as she delivered her wealth of knowledge and experience with us trainees. Adapting traditional yoga practice to yoga students who live with different capabilities; these principals of adapted yoga can be applied to EVERY body!!
~ A big thank you to ALL the volunteers/Lisa’s clients who donated their time and bodies. Meeting you all was such a highlight!!
