We’re thrilled to welcome Nazim Khan to Plenty Valley Cricket Club as Senior Assistant Coach & Bowling Specialist for our Women’s Program!

With decades of elite coaching experience across international pathways, domestic cricket, and player development, Nazim brings exceptional cricket knowledge, leadership and a winning mindset to PVCC.

From developing international talent to leading teams on the global stage, this is a major boost for our coaching panel - and we’re very excited for the season ahead.

Plenty Valley Cricket Club is proud to recognise and celebrate Sean Ayres for his outstanding cricketing career and induction into the VSDCA Hall of Fame on 21 May 2026.

Sean has made an exceptional contribution to the game across Bundoora Old Paradians and Plenty Valley Cricket Club, compiling an impressive record over 157 games. His achievements include two premierships with Plenty Valley, three Club Champion awards and the prestigious RM Hatch Medal in the 2013/2014 season.

A model of consistency and excellence, Sean has been selected in the VSDCA Team of the Year on nine occasions and in Representative sides nine times and was the selector for three seasons. His long-standing commitment to the broader competition was further acknowledged through VSDCA Life Membership in the 2020/2021 season.

This honour is a fitting recognition of Sean’s remarkable career, leadership and enduring impact on sub-district cricket. His service to Plenty Valley Cricket Club and VSDCA has been exceptional and we congratulate him on this well-deserved achievement.

We’re excited to announce that Adam Drinkwell has been appointed as the Men’s Head Coach of Plenty Valley Cricket Club.
Adam brings a wealth of experience from across the cricket landscape, with a strong background in player development, pathways, and senior coaching. Adam enjoyed a standout career in both Premier Cricket and VSDCA.

A true legend of the game, Shashikala brings exceptional experience, leadership, and a deep understanding of cricket that will strengthen our women’s program and support the continued growth of our club.
