2026 SENIOR AWARDS NIGHT- EVENT INFORMATION

It's that time of the year again when we celebrate the achievements of our senior teams and players from the 2026 season.

Put the 17th October in your calendar, on your wall chart, in your journal...

This is the most important evening on our Club's calendar, an evening of excellent company, of wonderful food and drink... and a chance to celebrate all we are as a fantastic hockey club.

Congratulations to Ashley Murphy who will be playing her 50th WHC Premier League Game this Saturday! Ashley is a home grown player who started at Whitford as a minkey in 2011. From there Ashley has played all of her junior hockey at the club and made her Premier League debut in 2023. Ashley has cemented herself in our first Team as a talented halfback with her long reach, speed and ball distribution skills.

Since 2023 she has been committed to the Junior Player Development of the club by coaching some of our Junior Teams, where this year she has taken on the 9/10 division 1 girls, and has also played a major role in Junior Preseason coaching and development squad over the past couple of years. Congratulations Ashley we are so proud of your journey so far!
