The Condamine Cup is back again this year. Warwick’s 5 teams will once again battle it out for local supremacy. Key dates:
🎬 Action begins 10th of October
🎄 Last game before Christmas break: 19th of December
🎉 Back after new year: January 9
🏏 Australia Day Carnival: 23-24 January
🏆 Grand final: 6th of March.

Green ants on the march 🐜
While the PlayHQ registration link and draw are being finalised by Warwick Cricket Association Inc, now is the time to air out last season's gear!
Here's a simple checklist to follow:
• Unzip the bag and locate pads, gloves, thigh pad, helmet and box. Lay your important safety equipment out in the midday sun for a few hours.
• Check pads for any signs of rodent chewing.
• Locate whites in the bag and put them through a wash with plenty of Napisan.
• Younger players, try on your whites and check the length. If ankles can be seen, now's the time to purchase a fresh pair.
• Older players, give your shoes a bend. If they crack on the first bend, get down to Danny Lyons immediately.
• Hold your bat and do a little shadow batting of a block shot. If your hands are left covered in sticky grip, Danny Lyons sells new ones of those too.
• Finally, look yourself over. If you've gained a little off-season weight, there's no need to panic. We'll start training soon!

Will Ole absolutely clouting a ball over square leg in the Wanderers final tour game today against Barcaldine. He and Seth combined for a 50 partnership before they were both retired not out. 🏏👌
