Another great weekend out for Nungarra Royal Order and his owner rider Laura Hoffman, this time coming home with Level 1 Reserve Champion on a count back at the Dunnolly Dressage Jackpot day. 1st in Test 1.1 2nd in Test 1.3. You had better get those flying changes under control for Advanced, Laura.
Also Danielle Turner had Nungarra Bonfire (previously Nungarra Realm) out at Boneo CPEDI over the weekend. They competed in their first Freestyle and received a very commendable score of 67.45%. Danielle said they danced with the ‘big guns’ and was very pleased with their efforts on both Friday and Sunday.
It‘s great to see our horses out and about having such success with their riders.

Huge congratulations to Laura Hoffman riding Nungarra Royal Order at the Bolinda Dressage Jackpot competition today. Only their second outing at Level 1 and they came home with the Championship ribbon. Test 1.1 - 70.78% for 2nd; Test 1.3 - 72.43% for 1st. This is proving to be a terrific partnership.

Nungarra First Class and AOR Kylie Calderwood were out competing at Elmore yesterday. Came 3rd in both tests, claiming Elementary Reserve Champion on a count back. Kylie said Licorish felt fantastic and that they received some very positive comments from the judges. Congratulations again, Kylie.

Nungarra Furst Class (Nungarra Licorish) and his AOR, Kylie Calderwood, had their first post COVID outing on the weekend, and a very successful return to competition it was. They competed at Werribee on Saturday at the Whittlesea Plenty Valley EA Dressage competition achieving 3rd in both Elementary tests. On Sunday they returned to Werribee for the Victorian Dressage Club EA Dressage competition, coming 2nd in both Elementary tests. Kylie said, ‘I’m super happy with my boy. He really tried this weekend and gave me a great feel in all 4 tests.’ Congratulations on a great start to the competition year to Kylie and Licorish.

Laura Hoffman riding Nungarra Royal Order has started the post-COVID lockdown dressage season on a great note. They competed at Lancefield on the weekend in Level 2 HRCAV for 67.7% in Test 2.2 and 69.5% in Test 2.4 to gain 3rd place overall in the Dressage Jackpot. A great start Laura.

After 3 years in South Australia, Nungarra LuLu is moving to her new home in Western Australia. She will continue her successful dressage career with an FEI rider, who says she is excited about LuLu’s arrival in WA. Congratulations to the new owner on your purchase and we look forward to following your successful competition career with our girl.

Received news today that owner/rider Laura Hoffman and Nungarra Royal Order have been out and about in the Virtual HRCAV dressage and showing competitions. They’ve had a pretty successful season too. 1st out of 20 riders in Rider Class, 3rd for Smartest on Parade and 5th for Ridden Mount in the Level 2 on-line Showing competition. They also gave Level 1 dressage a try with a score of 61%, with three 8s in the scores. Laura said ‘Big Roy’ hasn’t quite got the hang of the simple changes yet, but they are working on them.
