Will make us a more inclusive city, connecting different parts of our community in a space that encourages health and wellbeing, that is affordable to all (free-use), easily accessible in local public space and connects us with surrounding communities e.g. world class climbing in the outdoors of The Grampians and Mt Arapilies regions.
