Are you OK Day - Our national day of action dedicated to reminding everyone that every day is the day to ask, “Are you OK?” and support those struggling with life's ups and downs. Don’t wait until someone’s visibly distressed or in crisis. Ask R U OK? If they’re struggling with something big, something small or even nothing at all, they’ll know you care.
You aren’t expected to fix everyone’s problems or know the best way to help and support.
But you can listen to what your friend is saying, let them know you care and help them source the support they need.

These are times outside of group class sessions where you can do your own session, workout of the day from the screen, stretch and recovery or just hop on a bike. Trainers on site for support if needed.
