FUN TRI TRAINING PROGRAM

Thanks to everyone who has taken the time to provide such valuable feedback. We’re now exploring the possibility of running a 6–8 week Fun Tri training program as an introduction to triathlon.

The program would be open to adults and children aged 11+ who would like to build their confidence and complete their first Fun Tri this coming season.

Across the program, we’d cover:

🏊 Swimming
🚴 Cycling
🏃 Running
🔄 Transitions
🎽 Equipment & race-day preparation
💪 Training, confidence and plenty of support along the way

No triathlon experience is necessary. Whether you’re a confident swimmer who’s never ridden a bike in a race, a runner who wants to give triathlon a go, or completely new to all three—we’d love to help you get to the start line feeling prepared and excited.
