After taking home the premiership last year, these girls have gone and done it ALL OVER AGAIN.

Led brilliantly by Paul Jameson, and supported every step of the way by Michaela, Sarah and Rob, alongside our incredible team of volunteers who give their time every single week, and throw the sheer amount of talent in this young team into the mix… well, it’s a pretty special combination.

From the first bounce of the season to the final siren, these girls have challenged themselves, backed each other, worked incredibly hard and shown exactly what happens when talent meets commitment, belief and a genuine love for the game.

We are SO unbelievably proud of every single one of you.

A huge hats off to our hosts and opposition Nar Nar Goon Football Club. Don’t be fooled by the scoreboard — Nar Nar Goon never stopped fighting👏
They brought the contest to our girls and challenged them right up until the final siren.

What a team. What a season.

With stars like these coming through our program, the future of female football at the Dusties is looking VERY, VERY bright. 🌟

Congratulations to Pallas Jackman-Riches taking out the Best on Ground for WGJFC and Keira Ingham securing the Vic Country Best on ground medal - elite performance from both players.

The Warragul Industrials are seeking a Men’s Development/Reserves Coach for the 2027 season.

This role is about more than just results. We’re looking for someone who can help develop our graduating Under 18 players into senior footballers, create a fun and professional environment, and work closely with our senior coach to ensure both sides are aligned in the way we play.

If you’re passionate about developing players, building strong culture and being part of a growing senior football program, we’d love to hear from you.

A huge thank you to Henry Yu, who recently visited Vitogo Village in the west of Fiji and took with him a collection of Dusties jumpers to donate to the local football community.

Henry was met by AFL Fiji Western Development Officer Jack and had the opportunity to see firsthand the work being done to grow our great game in Fiji. The village has even created its own version of Auskick called Bulakick, with kids getting out on the village oval and having a kick, along with girls and senior men’s football being played.

The Dusties jumpers were incredibly well received by the village and will now make their way to Suva, where they can be distributed to clubs and players who need playing kits.

We’re incredibly proud of Henry for taking a little piece of the Dusties with him and helping support the growth of footy in Fiji.

Well done Henry, and we hope to see plenty of maroon, gold and blue running around Fiji in the future!

What a year it has been for our Dusties Juniors!

With three of our teams making Grand Finals this weekend, we couldn’t be prouder of how far our junior program has come.

But we’re already looking ahead.

Planning for 2027 has started and we want to continue building our junior program to be bigger and better again next year.

We’re now seeking expressions of interest from coaches across all of our junior teams. If you’re passionate about junior footy, developing young players and being part of a growing club, we’d love to hear from you.

Applicants with AFL coaching accreditation and a current Working with Children Check will be highly regarded.
