But the biggest lessons came from what I’d do differently.

🎙️ Batch sooner.
For years we were sending episodes to the editors at the last minute.
Always behind. Always stressed.

Batch your content and build a buffer.
🔥 Your best leads can come from it.

We’ve had 20–30 people enter our sales pipeline saying they’ve listened to every episode.

They’re already educated, familiar with us, and bought into what we do.

Nobody listens to 50 hours of you for free unless they’re already interested.

💰 Run the ROI honestly.
We spend around $5K/month on the podcast.
Over 36 months, that's $180K invested, and we've signed 30+ clients from it.

But if you sell low-ticket, the numbers might look very different.

📹 Go pro from day one.
We spent too long figuring out cameras, lighting, and sound.

I wish I’d learned it in episode 1, not episode 130.

A podcast is a long-term asset. Build it like one.

The honest take?

A podcast can be incredibly valuable if you have the time, energy and resources to do it properly.

If you’re going to half-arse it, don’t bother.

Great marketing means nothing if your sales process is broken.
You can generate leads all day, but if the backend leaks, you’re just burning them.

Marketing gets attention. Sales systems turn that attention into revenue.
