We just wanted to give these two a bit of a shout-out.

On Saturday 5th September Kaelin and Alex will be stepping into the ring at Empire Fight Series #14.

There’s a lot that goes into getting ready for a fight, it takes commitment, hard work and plenty of courage to step through the ropes. We’re really proud of both of them and can’t wait to see them in action!

Now we just need to make sure they’ve got plenty of people in their corner.

If you can make it, come along, bring your mates, make some noise and help us get behind Kaelin and Alex on fight night.

Father’s Day is coming up, and we’d love to get the dads and father figures on the mats!

On Saturday 5th September, we’re inviting dads, grandads, brothers, mums, or anyone special in your child’s life to jump in and train alongside them.

Whether you’ve never trained before or used to train back in the day, it’s a great chance to have a laugh, and experience the fun of training together.

No experience needed, just comfortable clothes and a willingness to give it a go!

Anyone joining in will just need to complete a quick waiver before participating (check your emails or scan the QR code below). If you’re planning to come along, please fill it out beforehand so we can get everyone sorted on the day.

We’d love to see you both on the mats!

For 30 years, Sandy has been a huge part of Spear Dojo and the wider martial arts community. She is so much more than an instructor. She inspires, encourages, and challenges everyone who steps onto the mats, all while quietly doing so much behind the scenes to keep the dojo running.

Over the years, there has been a lot of people who can say Sandy has made a difference in their lives, and we're grateful to be among them.
