Thought I should probably start posting reviews rather than putting them on stories!

Adam is doing great progress both in the gym and nutrionally! Whilst still eating foods like sausage rolls, pies, pizza all throughout the week, and balancing with meals like scrambled eggs on toast, steak, mushrooms with potato, it's easy and satisfying to stick too and fuels perfectly for training sessions!

It's about reaching goals in a maintainable and enjoyable lifestyle!
