What a weakened!

Congratulations to everyone who competed! Honestly, that was such a great weekend and having such a great group of people and lifters here really made it a great time.

The same is to be said for all of the coaches and support teams who came as well. It was a privilege to have you all and thank you all - coaches and competitors for your support!

A huge thank you to everyone who helped in some shape or form. The support crews who help us set up and run these competitions are the backbone and reason why we can run these competitions. To the Valhalla coaches, members, and everyone else who has helped in our community, thank you so much!

Our next competition will be Winter Wrath, a novice competition held on July 26th. Tickets to this will go live in 2 weeks time for anyone interested!

Just like our weight plates, these turned out unreal and feel incredible in hand to use 🏋🏽‍♂️

Pair them with our Hammer Strength adjustable benches and Valhalla Strength Flat Bench and the dumbbell experience here is genuinely first-class ⚔️

With all of our APL comps selling out last year, make sure you get in early if you want a spot! A waitlist will open once entries are full.

Our previous APL meets have sold out fast, so set your alarms and be ready!

✅ Food and coffee vans to make your day with us even better
✅ Elite spotters, loaders, and referees ensuring a fast, safe, and professional meet
✅ Unmatched attention to detail — after running over 100 meets, we keep refining to give lifters the best possible experience that is world class.

We’ll continue to support , running meets with monolifts and offering all APL divisions — raw, wrapped, tested, and untested.

We’re also proud to announce three Novice Competitions next year, designed to support and grow the next wave of lifters in our community. These are run to full APL standards, and open to all experience levels (except previous podium winners).
