What is the difference at my studio? We hung the pendant based on the height of my tallest client (6'5).

It's the personal touches - from knowing your favourite exercises, your occupation and even your height. These are the details that help me tailor every session to your needs....and pick the height of my pendant.

Oh my gosh! A HUGE weekend of painting the new studio. It's almost done and it looks amazing!

The studio reopens for 2026 next week. The new studio won't quite be ready, but not too much longer.

I can't wait to see everyone in 2026. Lots of changes ahead - a new schedule, more classes, and lots more. I can't wait to share all the news.

It's not everyday you see a cow near the studio. Wallabies, bird life and bush turkeys are more common and, occasionally, a snake.

I was chatting with the builders today. Chad and Pepe were the first guys on the ground. They started with a hill, lots of dirt and a challenge. Chad said it was hard to envisage how they were going to convert what they had into this.

So excited to see the progress by this week. Massive holes got dug and the concrete was poured before she got put to bed under the covers. Now we wait for the weather to clear...

🫆 Classes are limited to two people per session. You receive expert, personalised instruction. It's tailored to achieve your goals and adjusted according to how you feel on that day. Each session is as unique to you as your fingerprint.

⚒️ A hammer isn't the right tool for every job and neither is a reformer. The full Pilates method is a complete toolkit of equipment. We select the piece of equipment to match the goal of the session and gradually progress each session to continually build strength, flexibility , balance and control.

🔌 Genesia Pilates is about empowering you to live your life with zest and pleasure. It's more than just getting better at pushing springs on a reformer. What you learn and do in the studio translates to your day to day activities.

📖 I consistently invest in progressing my knowledge, building on my original diploma qualification. My clients come with their knowledge and experiences and we learn together.
