Adult Ballet and Dance classes are a great way to tone and strengthen your legs and core as well as your upper body. So good for the mind, body & soul.

Gosh ladies this was 2yrs ago 😫 came up in my memories!! A memory I would rather forget to be honest.. sorry this page has been quiet of late 💕 I have moved to Brisbane during the week and back on the coast for the weekend, no opportunity at the moment for adult classes🙁 I do miss my ballet classes so much! Hope your all well and I miss your faces xx

Here’s one for you to practise at home 🙌 petite battement can be quite a hard one to master as you are isolating the lower half of your leg below your knee!!
