Great start to 2025 season for the Squad. Outstanding runs from 1st (400m 46.19); .18 1st (400m 54.93 pb); 2nd(400m 46.87 pb); .douglas 1st (400mH 60.61); =3rd (400m 47.41). Season building nicely for , .ring in the 100m & in the 400m. Looking forward to the next couple of months and some big performances!

Final Qld Competition for 2024 at QSAC yesterday. Average weather. Great performances from the Squad with 4 x Lifetime Personal Bests 😮 .18 dropped a massive half second after many years (55.51sec); sliced his long standing previous best (47.4sec); smashed his previous best by 3sec (53.5sec); .hasset ran a 2sec PB (61.5sec); and also great runs from (47.2sec); ; .douglas (57sec); in the 100m. Well done everyone! Outstanding start to the season! 👏👏

Another major step in the right direction for the last 2 days at the Australian All Schools Champs in Brisbane. 🥇 in the u18 4x100m; 🥈 in the u18 200m; 🥈in the u18 400mH (and oh so close!) - such an impressive young lady who is committed and extremely determined to succeed in her athletics and life! A big day for the Athletic4Life crew at the Qld Relay Champs taking home our 6th consecutive Open Men’s 4x400m 🥇Relay Title as well as finally winning our first ever Open Men’s 4x800m 🥇Relay Title! What an outstanding weekend for at the Qld All Schools Champs. Very talented, exceptionally driven, amazingly dedicated to self improvement! As a coach you cannot ask for more from an athlete. Winning 🥇100mH; 🥇400mH; 🥈200m - All PB’s! Ava has spent several years building up her work capacity and athletic skills and deserves her success. For me the 200m was an important breakthrough, as the sprint medals have always eluded her. Not any more! Australian All Schools here she comes! Congratulations Ava 👏👏

World Junior Champs 4th place for in the 800m! PB 2.02.83!

Marie has run 4th at the u20 World Athletics Championships 800m in another big PB (2.02.83). 😮 Huge run to be just outside the medals. Pneumonia in April -> 4th in the World Juniors! Outstanding 👏👏

AUSTRALIAN U20 800m 🥇CHAMPION! has run a huge PB (2.04.81) and World Jr Q time to win the National Title! Proud of her tenacious and competitive attitude and racing style. Well done Marie Warneke 👏👏
