Training complete and the 39th FAI World Style & Accuracy Landing Championships kick off today in SpiőskÑ NovÑ Ves 🎯

For Australian Parachute Team members Vlasto Zamecnik and Tibor Glesk, it’s a trip down memory lane in Slovakia, where they completed their first jumps in 1976 and 1974 respectively!

Joined by Andy Mulholland, Tim Stevens and Keith Perrott, the team is prepped and ready for action πŸͺ‚

On Friday 23 October, QLD skydiver Kristan Fischer is aiming to complete 200 skydives in a single day, raising funds for Little Haven Palliative Care and setting a new Australian record.

To pull off this monumental task, Kristan is actively seeking interest for a dedicated team of ground volunteers, including APF-qualified parachute packers and ground crew, as well as support from corporate partners.

Another day and another canopy course complete! βœ…

Tane, Sammy, Kai and Savannah worked on improving their stand-up landings and accuracy over the weekend, completing theory on the ground and five jumps each in the air.

With dedicated coaching from Canopy Coach Adrian Seemann, all four participants progressed from jump to jump, building their confidence and developing their skills as canopy pilots.

With courses regularly taking place all over the country, it’s time to sharpen up those skills πŸͺ‚

Training complete and the newly-formed Australian Wingsuit Display Team will be ripping it up above the Gold Coast over the weekend at the Pacific Airshow 🀩

Wingsuit pilots Jeff Weatherall, Jason Dodunski and Chris Geiler have joined forces to create the team, and after years in the making, they’re ready to take to the skies over the next three days.

After exiting from 8,000 feet, the team will paint the sky with smoke as they fly a tight formation, while freestyle motocross superstar Jacko Strong flies his self-built aerobatic Pitts around them.

A highly technical and impressive display never seen before in Australia β€” it’s not one to miss! πŸͺ‚ ✈️
