🔬 FOCUS LAB: VIDEO PROJECT 🎥

Our next Focus LAB is a little different… this time, we’re taking the training from the studio to the camera! ✨

Over 4 Saturdays, we’ll work through a guided choreography designed to develop and elevate your styling, body movement & musicality, with structured training, focused drills and plenty of attention to detail.

The goal isn’t just to learn choreography 💃🏻
It’s to use it as a tool to refine your movement, build confidence and develop your own expression and performance quality.

And of course… we’ll bring it all together with a video project at the end! 🎬🔥

For many dancers, Cha Cha can feel unfamiliar or intimidating. But once you understand its timing, groove and playful character, it quickly becomes one of the most fun dances on the social floor.

In this workshop we’ll focus on:
