🌟 DAY ONE 🌟 What a way to kick off the 2026 Australian Irish Dance Championships in Adelaide! A HUGE well done to our awesome 8, 9 and 10 years - Maddie, Darcy, Conor & Harry - for some incredible dancing and wonderful results. We couldn’t be more proud of our youngest dancers who represented us so well and danced their hearts out today! 🖤

We are already so proud before they even step foot on stage. Here’s to a wonderful week full of great dancing, special friendships, and new memories! 🖤

🎀🤍🖤 Last weekend marked 6 months since we lost Kristy Kelly. She was Melbourne Academy’s biggest smile, loudest cheerleader, and most entertaining storyteller. It has been impossible to put into words the impact that losing Kristy has had on all of us and there is not a day or class that goes by that we’re not thinking of her. What a privilege it was to know her, teach her, dance alongside her, laugh with her and be her happy place. Kristy Kelly, forever dancing 🖤🤍🎀
