The calm before the room fills with little heavy footsteps, giggles and so much excitement.
So much love is poured into this space by our coaches, from setting up each activity to creating a place where little ones can play, learn, explore and fall in love with gymnastics.
Then before we know it, the room is full of chaos again, just the way we like it. 🤸♀️❤️

This couldn’t be more true from a gymnast’s perspective. You have to be willing to try, fall, fail and try again.
Failure teaches our gymnasts resilience. It teaches them patience, determination and that getting something wrong doesn’t mean giving up. Sometimes the biggest lessons come from the skills that take the longest to get.
You can’t win if you’re too afraid to try. 🤸♀️

We’ve honestly lost count of how many Dysons this gym has gone through 😂 And I’m talking yearly.
The new Dyson is now officially banned from chalk use 😂 Kim had to put a gentle reminder on this one just to make sure every coach knew!

📚✨ Our very first Book Week in Kindy Gym! ✨📚
What a magical week it has been at Kimnastix! We loved bringing some of our favourite books to life and creating little worlds for our kindy gymnasts to explore, play and learn in.
From farmyards 🐄🌾 to oceans 🌊🐚, construction zones 🚧🚜 and everything in between, each set-up was designed to spark imagination while encouraging movement, play and connection.
Our little gymnasts got to work on their fine and gross motor skills through fun, book-inspired activities, with the help of their parents and our amazing coaches.
Thank you to every family who joined us and celebrated our very first Book Week in Kindy Gym. We hope you loved it as much as we did! 📚💛
