Huge shoutout to our inaugural Senior Men’s squad, who took the season right to the wire and narrowly missed out on the championship by just 3 points.

Talented, resilient, and dedicated, this team put Truganina Lions on the map and set the benchmark for our future youth pathways.

Chapter 1 is complete. We couldn’t be prouder, the future is brighter than ever, and we can’t wait for next season. 💚💛⚽

What a journey. What a team. 🦁✨

From a tough campaign last season where wins were hard to come by, our Under 12D Girls turned everything around through pure grit, belief, and relentless hard work. Losing just ONE match out of twelve this regular season to be crowned West League Champions is nothing short of incredible, a true testament to the resilience and unity of this group under the dedicated guidance of Coach Rishi.

The girls took that winning spirit all the way to the Vic semi-final, fighting until the very final whistle in a hard-fought 1–0 battle against a strong Brunswick Zebras side.

While the Vic semi-final didn’t go our way, the future could not be brighter. Watching the growth, confidence, and camaraderie in this squad makes us incredibly excited for what’s ahead next season, not just for this team, but for our entire girls program.

We’re not just playing the game; we’re building the future of female football in the west. 💛💚⚽

Heartbreak in the semi-final, but overflowing with pride. 🦁💔
Our Under 15B West League Champions went toe-to-toe with the North League Champions in an absolute classic at the Vic semi-final today.

Twice falling behind, the boys showed incredible grit, heart, and determination to fight back both times and lock it at 2–2 at full time. The battle raged deep into extra time, only for a controversial penalty to be awarded against us in the final 30 seconds, bringing the game to a 2–3 finish. (Elroe Woldemariam with a brace)

While the result stings, nothing takes away from the remarkable journey this squad has had. Regrading up from C League to B League after Round 6 and going on to conquer the division as champions is a testament to the character of this team and the outstanding leadership of Coach Jason.

Heads high, boys. You left everything on that pitch and made the entire club proud! 🙌🏼🎉🏆🦁
