Just like everyone’s employment rights, Volunteers also have a right to disconnect and decide when to volunteer time.

TNA use email or on game day face to face to communicate for all TNA matters so we can balance our weekly commitments (full time careers, families, health etc)

We volunteer because we love to support your juniors netball journey and passion. But we need personal time too. As much as we love speaking to you about netball, there is a process so our committee members can have time without interruption.

Please do not private message committee members directly for answers.

Please follow the outlined processes for any enquiries you may have any time. Our volunteers will check emails regularly in the time they have allocated to their volunteer role.

We do what we do so all juniors can experience sport in a fun, fair and inclusive environment. Please in return be respectful of our time and efforts so we continue being available for everyone.

These are available online or from the TNA office during winter finals.
📧Return COMPLETED sheets to [email protected]. Do not send team lists with less than 6 players.

📣 Please read the information carefully and SHARE with your teams! Forms and important information, including TNA By-Laws, Child Safety documents and fill-in rules and procedures, are available on the website.

Once team entries closed, team lists are confirmed and grading complete, Netball Connect will open for delegates to enter teams and send the individual registration links to players.

⚠️ Please note: Grades and game times depend on the number of teams entered and are not guaranteed until grading is complete. NO INDIVIDUAL TEAM TIMESLOT REQUESTS WILL BE CONSIDERED.

We’re looking for adults interested in playing in a fun, social and competitive Thursday night Twilight Netball Competition!

But we need YOU to make it happen! 👇
IMPORTANT: Without a game night committee this WILL NOT run.

🏐 Want to play? Register your Expression of Interest and let’s see if we can make Thursday nights happen!

🙋 Want to help? We’re need volunteers to form a Game Night Committee to help with teams, fixtures, game nights and general organising.

Whether you’re keen to play, volunteer or do both — we want to hear from you!

EOIs will help us gauge interest and determine whether the competition can go ahead 🤞

With Finals starting this Saturday, we know emotions and excitement will be high, but please remember to
**respect our umpires and officials**
and abide by the Behaviour Code of Conduct at all times.

Umpires make thousands of decisions throughout every game — let’s support them in their difficult role and ensure Finals are a positive experience for everyone.

Our umpire team work hard all year to ensure equity and fairness in junior netball. It’s not easy to source umpires every week - no umpire no game.

We’re always happy to take on Senior umpire trainees if anyone is interested in learning and having a go. Feel free to contact us if you are interested in joining Team White in the future.

It’s finals time this Saturday. Good luck to all our teams.

To our parents and spectators remember this is junior sport, they are kids who have had a lot of fun so far this season, let their coaches coach like they have all season. Junior sport is about development.

Remember many of our umpires are juniors themselves and if our umpires don’t take the court your kids don’t take the court.

Speak kindly and follow the instructions of our umpires, committee and court supervisors.

UMPIRE TALENT ACADEMY GRADUATES 🏐💙

Last Sunday, Brielle and Mia Tagg officially completed the Netball Victoria Talent Academy Umpire Program (TAUP), finishing their program by umpiring at the 17&Under State Squad Tryouts at the State Netball Centre.

What an incredible year it has been! 🙌

Throughout TAUP, the girls have gained invaluable experience and exposure to elite netball environments, while developing their umpiring skills, forming new friendships and building an extensive network of umpire connections.

Over the past year, they have umpired at:
🏐 Netball Victoria State Titles
🏐 Netball Victoria Association Championships
🏐 Gippsland Interleague Carnival
🏐 Netball Victoria Talent Academy player development sessions
🏐 Numerous A Grade league games throughout the season

They have also participated in professional development sessions with the Victorian Netball League, worked alongside A-badged umpires at the State Netball Centre and received personalised mentoring, feedback and support at every stage of their journey.

At the heart of their development throughout the program has been Karen Porter, Eastern Zone Head Umpire Coach for the 2026 NV Talent Academy.

Karen’s incredible knowledge of netball, combined with her nurturing ability to teach, mentor and develop young umpires, has been invaluable to Brielle and Mia. Her ongoing support, genuine care for their progress, and commitment to helping them strengthen their umpiring has been nothing short of amazing.

We can't thank you enough Karen, for looking after our girls, believing in them and giving them the best possible opportunity to continue to learn, grow and succeed. 💙

Congratulations Brielle and Mia on completing TAUP — we can’t wait to see where your umpiring journeys take you next! 👏🏐

🏐 TOP 50 – 19&U VICTORIAN STATE TEAM SQUAD SELECTION 🏐

What an outstanding achievement for past TNA player Marley Wallace, who has been named in Netball Victoria’s Top 50 19&U State Team Squad! 👏💙

Marley spent her junior years playing at TNA and was always an integral member of our representative teams throughout her time with us. It’s fantastic to see her continued dedication and hard work being recognised at the highest level.

At just 17 years old, Marley has already built an incredibly impressive netball résumé, representing and developing through Gippsland Sports Academy, Netball Victoria Talent Academy, Mirboo North Football Netball Club, Mid Gippsland Representative Squad and Traralgon Football Netball Club, to name just a few of the teams fortunate enough to have Marley as part of their program.

Marley is currently a key player with the Gippsland Stars 23&U team in the Victorian Netball League, continuing to take her game to another level. ⭐

To achieve so much before even turning 18 is an incredible accomplishment, and we couldn’t be prouder to see one of our former TNA juniors continuing to shine.

Marley, keep shining bright! ✨ Your dedication, commitment and hard work are truly paying off.
