These photos tell a story that goes far beyond physical change.

For a long time, I believed being smaller was the goal. Over the years, through the Army, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, coaching womenโ€™s self-defence and eventually bodybuilding, I discovered the power of feeling strong, and the confidence that can come with it.

This transformation took years. Years of learning, training, eating to support growth, changing my mindset and consistently showing up.

Now, one of the most rewarding parts of what I do is helping other women discover their own strength and realise what they are capable of.

From wanting to take up less spaceโ€ฆ to helping women feel confident enough to take up theirs.

Progress may also look like feeling stronger, clothes fitting differently, improved measurements, more energy and greater confidence.
