What a fantastic week of table tennis in Goulburn, with Queensland players competing across team, singles and doubles events against the best players from around Australia.

We’re incredibly proud of our Townsville representatives and their achievements:

🥈 Taleisha Gaeta – Silver Medal, U19 Girls' Teams (Queensland A)
🥉 Taleisha Gaeta & Tiffany Lam – Bronze Medal, U21 Women’s Doubles
🎖 Mischa Von Mellenthin – Semifinalist, U21 Men's Teams

A special mention also goes to Alan Walsh, who was part of the Queensland coaching team throughout the championships, providing coaching and support across team events, doubles and singles.

BRONZE AT THE NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS! 🥉

Congratulations to Taleisha Gaeta and Tiffany Lam (QLD) on winning the Bronze Medal in the U21 Women’s Doubles at the 2026 TTA National Senior, Youth & Para Championships in Goulburn!

With this result, Taleisha wraps up a fantastic National Championships campaign, bringing home a Silver Medal in the U19 Girls' Teams event and a Bronze Medal in the U21 Women’s Doubles.

A fantastic achievement at the national level and a well-deserved reward for all the hard work, dedication and commitment she has put into her table tennis.

Congratulations to the entire Queensland team on a fantastic Nationals! 👏🏻

Just a reminder that there will be no Senior Fixtures this week as many of our players are away competing at the 2026 Queensland Veterans Closed Championships.

Instead, join us tonight for our Single Night Tournament!
