NQ Athlete Development is back for another Term! Returning next week for all Brothers members

Speed, Strength, Plyometrics & Athletic Development Sessions designed to give our players a little extra boost—focusing on explosive power without a ball at their feet to directly improve their game.

Schedule - 10 Week Program
o Every Tuesday 5:00–6:00 PM on Field 1 at High Vista Park
o Starts 21st July and last session on 22nd Sept
• Price
o Pricing is $110 for the full 10 week course or $11 per session if you cant make all 10.
• Who Is It For
o Group sessions open to all club athletes ages 10 and above
o Mixed abilities welcome, however sessions are designed for those wanting to focus on building football specific muscle movement and strength
• Session Format
o Outdoor-based training
o Focus on speed, agility, strength and coordination
o High-quality coaching in a fun, energetic group environment

Bookings are essential and payments can be made at the clubhouse to secure your position or by contacting Coach Kylan.
Limited to 20 young athletes.
