“Here in North Queensland, the heat and wet weather can limit the time players are able to spend on the fields, so these upgrades will make a real difference.”

That's exactly what the Games On! program is delivering at Greenwood Park Sporting Complex in Kirwan, Townsville.

Our $505,000 investment has delivered new field lighting and will support vital drainage upgrades, creating more opportunities for local players to train, compete and play, especially during the cooler evening hours.

For the thousands of players, families and volunteers who use Greenwood Park, these upgrades will help keep community sport thriving. 👏
