The Carmichael Ford Aussie Hoops Program is back for Term 3, running over 7 weeks and offering three exciting sessions each week across two Townsville locations:

🦖 Aussie Hoops Raptors – Saturday Sessions
Designed for players aged 5–12 years, Raptors sessions are grouped by age to ensure the right level of challenge and development.
Players train across multiple courts with programming tailored to their age group.

📍 Carmichael Ford Stadium, Annandale | Courts 2, 3, 4 & 5
🕒 Saturdays | 7:45am – 8:45am
📆 Dates: 18 July - 5 September
⚠️ No session on 22 August due to the U12 NQJBC Townsville Tournament.

🐎 Aussie Hoops Mustangs – Tuesday Sessions
A brand-new program for our youngest basketballers aged 4–6 years.
Mustangs introduces movement, coordination, and fundamental basketball skills through fun, high-energy activities specifically designed for early learners.

🤠 Aussie Hoops Rangers – Thursday Sessions
Based at the Townsville Sports Precinct, Rangers provides a convenient mid-week option for players aged 5.5–9 years, participants enjoy the same high-quality coaching, skill development, and game-based learning in a fun and supportive environment.

We're down to our last home game of the 2026 .north regular season, and we need The Furnace rocking before the Flames launch into their finals campaign!

The A. Gabrielli Constructions Townsville Flames take on the Rocky Cyclones at 6:00pm, before the MainStay Suites Townsville Heat face the Rocky Rockets at 8:00pm.

🔥🏀 Saturday night was everything we love about basketball – a fantastic celebration of our First Nations community, raising money for the Cedar Gara Foundation through the auction of our special First Nations jerseys, and featuring two outstanding NBL1 games on court! 🏀🔥

The Townsville Flames delivered a stunning performance, ending the Logan Women's winning streak, while the Townsville Heat pushed the Logan men all the way, making them work hard for every possession in a hard-fought contest.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to support the night 💚💙🖤❤️💛

Hot Shots: Monday 10:15 - 11:15am
