We will be doing program 2.

🤍 Bring a jacket.
🤍 Casuals welcome - $10 at canteen on day (maximum of 3x casual visits each season)
🤍 All groups will require parent volunteers before being able to commence first event

📌 Recreational Running Coach (Level 1) Online Course.

ANQ will be hosting a Recreational Running Coach (Level 1) Online course in August.
🔹 When: August 8th till August 29th.
🔹 4 x 60-minute weekly sessions, facilitated live over 4 weeks.
(8th Aug, 15th Aug, 22nd Aug & 29th Aug)
⭐️This accreditation allows the individual to coach novice to intermediate runners in events up to marathon distance.

The course will be facilitated by Benita Willis. Some of Benita's credentials include the following:
🔸World Cross Country Champion 2004
🔸3 times medal winner at the World Cross Country Championship
🔸25 times representing Australia at a World Championship Level
🔸Bronze at World Half Marathon 2003
🔸Berlin Half Marathon winner
