There are many ways you can improve your swing.

The easiest place to start is your grip, and before we talk about finger placement, start with how hard you're gripping the club.

If your "death grip" pressure is a 10, you want to be holding the club at around a 4. This relaxes the wrists, giving you more speed and cleaner contact.

Figuring this out takes time and composure. On the course this can be difficult, especially after you've 3-putted for a 10. The swing cage is perfect for this.
