Our top dog this comp is Lauren, with Megan & Roni keeping 2nd & 3rd tight! Well done team, training on point ๐ช

๐ฆต JULY LOADED S/L BALANCE CHALLENGE
We've got an interesting one this month, and it will highlight some weak links for you to work on ๐
The challenge will be balancing on one leg, with a 24/40kg KB in the opposite hand, for time.
Goal is to improve upon the 3:24 last year for the ladies, and 1:27 for the men!
Rules:
- No chalk
- Hold KB by your side, opposite to the balancing leg
- Time ends when the off-foot touches
- F = 24kg - M = 40kg
- Coach must time

๐ฉ MAY FEET-ANCHORED SITUP CHALLENGE
Laura managed to take the win and one-up 2025's attempt by hitting 18, over 17 last year. Matt Bram pumped the men's, increasing from our best of 10 in 2025, to 16 this year! Awesome job team ๐
Our advice is generally not to avoid things that have the most room for you to improve! So make sure you give the challenges a crack and try to improve each week, even if you're starting low ๐ช

Max reps in 30s - Feet-anchored DB Situps (7/10kg)
This will be an interesting one to see just how the numbers will progress from last years winners!
Rules:
- DB must stay behind the neck (below occipital bone)
- Upper back/scapula must hit the floor
- Elbows must contact the thigh
- Coach must witness
Nice and simple, but not too easy.
