⭐️ Exercise of the Week ⭐️
The Scorpion Stretch
✅ Improves spinal mobility
✅ Opens through chest and shoulder a
✅ Stretches hip flexors
The alarm goes off at 3:00am and most people would roll over.
Here’s why I’ve choose this time every single training day:
✅ It’s done before the world wakes up — no excuses, no distractions, no “I’ll do it later”
✅ I get to be present at home in the afternoons — picking up the kids, helping with dinner, actually being there
✅ That feeling of finishing in the gym while everyone else is still asleep? Nothing beats it
This isn’t about being extreme. It’s about deciding what matters and protecting it before life gets the chance to steal it.
If you’ve been putting off your training because “there’s no time” — there’s always time. You just have to decide what you’re willing to trade for it.
