A huge weekend ahead for Ian Critchell, representing ONE Jiu-Jitsu at the IBJJF World Master Championship in Las Vegas! 🇺🇸

Ian has put in the work to give himself the best preparation possible, including spending time in Austin, Texas, training at Simple Man Martial Arts alongside some of the biggest names in the sport, like Nicky Ryan, Nick Rodriguez & Ethan Crelinsten.

Now it’s time to put that preparation to the test on the world stage. 💪
