We are investing in facilities that give women and girls the chance to take part in sport on equal terms.   That’s why the Albanese Government is investing $700,000 to upgrade the pavilion at Spring Creek Reserve in Torquay. This upgrade will modernise the pavilion’s ground floor facilities – refurbishing the home and away changerooms and umpire rooms, and upgrading showers, toilets and bathroom spaces. By delivering modern changerooms here at Spring Creek Reserve, we’re encouraging more people in our community to get involved and stay active. This project is also being delivered thanks to $75,000 from the AFL’s Australian Football Facilities Fund and $40,000 from the Surf Coast Shire.
