Sandridge Bay Classic 2026
Today we competed in the OC6 and OC2 categories over a 12km course in Port Melbourne. We were greeted with great conditions and everyone had loads of fun paddling along side other clubs from around the bay. The event attracted 128 competitors, including Outriggers, Skis and SUPs. Well done all!
Thanks Paddle Victoria, Sandridge Life Saving Club, volunteers and sponsors for a very well ran event, thanks to all clubs and participants for the great atmosphere and thanks to Peter for safely transporting our canoes.

Every Wednesday sunrise paddle is special with no two ever the same. Finally twisted Pat’s arm to join the early morning crew. Judging by his smile it was worth getting out of bed for.

Woohoo! Our new iakus have arrived! Special thanks to Ian for his precision template preparation, working with the supplier and getting them fitted. Thanks also to Geelong Outrigger Canoe Club for loaning us a set of their iakus so we could continue training while our new ones were being made.
