Elite Fitness Studio is a locally owned and operated gym that is open 24/7. Our team is dedicated to We also boast a 7m*7m padded mixed martial arts cage.
The team at EFS have a wide range of skills to share and train our members in; these include, but are certainly no limited to: strength & conditioning, weight loss, martial arts, and body building. We have a shared philosophy that physical health is the gateway to a better lifestyle and mental wellbeing. Our facility offers all our members a full private shower and changeroom, free weights, barbells, machines, and a wide range of cardio equipment, all with plenty of room to move around in.
We have just finished updating our computer system, and have set codes for all new members that didn’t have one.
