It’s incredibly hard to believe you’re gone. Not only a fellow racer, but a fellow friend who shared the same passion, dreams and love for racing.

It was a privilege to share the track and paddock with you. You will be deeply missed by everyone who had the opportunity to know and race alongside you.

My deepest condolences to your family, friends, teammates and the entire racing community during this heartbreaking time.

Ready to give it everything in Race 2 today!

Race 1: Qualified P2 and knew we had the pace to fight at the front. I gave everything from lights out to the chequered flag, battling hard every lap.

On the final lap, I had some contact that nearly ended our race. Somehow I managed to keep the bike upright, regroup, catch the front pack again, and trying to get right back in the fight for a 5th-place dash to the line.

A huge thanks to my team for giving me such a great bike. Plenty of positives to take into Race 2—let’s do it all again!
