🌿🐅 And just like that… Jungle July has come to an end! 🐅🌿What a wild ride it has been! 💚

Thank you for embracing your inner animal and throwing yourselves into the jungle spirit. I’ve loved every moment of our jungle-inspired playlist and adventures, and I hope you have too. From the song suggestions to the dancing and laughter, to the “Wimbaway” and “It’s a lion… OMG!” moments, the fabulous dress-ups, everyone who joined me on stage, and all the jungle props… what was it called again… a camel? 🤔😂 You all helped make Jungle July one to remember! 🦁🦒🐪🌴

Most of all, thank you for bringing your incredible energy, smiles and friendship to every class. You are what makes our dance floor so special. ❤️

From next Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, we’ll be mixing things up with brand new playlists… with plenty of your old favourite tunes making a return too! 🎶💃

❤️ RIP, Les Mills.

Many people will remember Les as an Olympian and a true pioneer of the fitness industry. I knew his legacy through the incredible group fitness programs that inspired so many of us. 💪

As a teenager, and well into adulthood, I loved walking into the gym for BodyStep, BodyPump, BodyBalance and my absolute favourite, BodyJam. 🎶 Those classes showed me that fitness could be fun, uplifting and something to look forward to.
Looking back, I can see those experiences helped spark my love of group fitness and ultimately led me to another dance fitness program - Zumba. 💃💕

Thank you, Les Mills, for inspiring generations of people to move, connect and enjoy exercise. Your legacy will live on through millions of us.

Rest in peace. 🌿
