New firmware for the Perdix 3.

Shearwater Firmware V39 for Perdix 3 has just been released. This update improves air integration receiver performance, especially at very close range or when external noise present. It also fixes the units in the Edit Gases menu, along with some other minor fixes.

Jason likes to call himself a “reformed tech diver” (a bit like a reformed smoker 😂 ). One of the things he has “discovered” is the Shearwater Peregrine range dive computers. Sure is doesn’t do rebreathers nor trimix (and probably neither do you 😂) but is does almost everything the Perdix and Teric does!

If you need a new dive computer, make sure you ask Jason about the Peregrine 😉

It’s a twinning kinda day 😉

Let’s talk about BCD failures . Over the last few years we have seen multiple failures of bcd and wings . It’s not brand specific, it’s just age and the materials used years ago ! Here’s the lasted, 3 out of 4 wings failed all about the same vintage.
