WELCOME ALEX 👊

We’re pumped to introduce the newest addition to the Lifestyle Performance team… Alex!

With over 15 years in the fitness industry, Alex brings a huge amount of experience, energy, and passion for helping people become their best.

Most recently, Alex has been working as a Campus Educator at Fit College Newcastle, helping develop the next generation of trainers through Cert III & IV. So not only does he coach, he coaches the coaches.

Alex has also successfully run his own functional training gym, working with everyone from athletes to everyday people and seniors, helping them improve not just physically, but mentally too.

What really sets Alex apart is his ability to understand people. With a background in both Sport Development (Griffith University) and Psychological Science, he knows how to get the best out of every individual, not just in performance, but in mindset and behaviour.

You’ll see Alex on the floor bringing energy, support, and high standards to every session.

Make sure you come in, say hello, and give him a warm LP welcome ❤️

NEW HEAD OF PERFORMANCE

They say change is as good as a holiday and we are excited for this one.

Johnny will be taking the reins of programming at LP, bringing a fresh look and feel design whilst maintaining core elements of LP you know and love to optimise your progress and results.

For those who might not know, Johnny has over 10 years experience as a Personal Trainer and 7 years experience successfully owning and operating his own gym locally.

He’s passionate about health and fitness, and about helping every individual no matter age or ability to realise their potential and push towards their goals.

A big focus for him is refining technique to ensure you continue to progress safely and effectively.

We are really excited to see this elevate the overall experience for everyone.

Our new training block begins next week, starting April 28.

Schedule updates:

* ANZAC Day: Closed
* Monday 27th(Public Holiday): 8am session only
* Tuesday 28th: Lower Body Weights
