My deepest passion now lies in serving the ongoing development and evolution of the coaching profession in all areas. How did I get here? What to do now?

A leading personal and business coach, coach trainer and coach mentor, Lorna has partnered with hundreds of coaches, wholistic practitioners and leaders across the globe. Making a real difference in the world is one of m
y deepest core values, and I am truly blessed to consciously live this value each day through coaching, mentoring and training. I have trained and mentored coaching students, and then coached them over the time they are crossing the bridge from student to professional, aligning their business with their heart and soul. I have coached business and corporate leaders to bring their authentic selves into the workspace, and to use a coaching approach rather than a top-down, command and control mindset. And I have coached many clients, in Australia and internationally, to leave jobs that are stressful and ultimately soul-less, and to create a career or a business that is fully authentic for them. As a trainer of coaches, I guide them to coach more deeply, from a transformational, transpersonal and evolutionary perspective. As a coach and mentor, I support and empower coaches, as well as health and wellness practitioners, to create a thriving soul-aligned business which wholeheartedly fulfills their deepest yearning to make a significant difference to their clients and to the world, and which also delivers a very healthy income! After a successful theatre career in Australia and the UK, something I had dreamed of from childhood, I had a sudden epiphany while on stage right in the middle of a performance! It was like someone had switched the light off. At that moment I knew in my whole being it was time to move on. After struggling with this insight for several months, I made the choice to let go of my career, and as I left my agent’s office for the last time, I felt a huge and heavy sack slide off my shoulders, leaving me feeling light and free for the first time in quite a few years. I had no idea except to find something that would generate in me as much passion and joy as the theatre had done for so many years. After a fairly scary three years, with a lot of training and experimentation, while keeping my career values as my guiding light, I attended a talk about coaching, which was still in its professional infancy. The light switched on again during that talk, I signed up for the training course, and 2 weeks in, I knew in my whole being I had found my calling. At the end of the 12 week training, I had a healthy number of paying clients, I was contracted by the training company to revise and update the curriculum, and began training their students and apprentice trainers. The Universe was letting me know I was firmly on track.
