“We are holding a come try disability tennis day @ Terrigal tennis courts on the 13th December 11-1 !
It’s a gold coin donation money raised goes to special Olympics . All equipment provided just show up with a water bottle . It will be a great day . Please share this event ! This is apart of my daughter’s young leadership program with tennis NSW !

Did you know that playing tennis can help you to live longer? 🧐 A study from Copenhagen City Heart Study conducted over 25 years on 8500 participants has shown that you can save 10 years of your life by playing tennis on a regular basis 🎾 Among all sport, tennis is number one on the list (9.4 years) 🥇 in front of badminton (6.2 years) 🥈and soccer (4.7 years) 🥉 This study also highlights the importance of activities that continue throughout the lifespan such as tennis and suggests that regular tennis participation is linked with lower risk of cardiovascular disease, obesity, and depression! #tennis #sports #feelgood #science #health

*Cut offs for the giveaway end on the 31st of Jan 11:59pm. The Junior Racquets will be 19 - 25 inches in size and one of the HEAD Junior Series. These Series include: Coco, Extreme JR and Maria. This is subject to availability from our provider where some sizes may not be available in certain racquet series. We will do our best to provide the racquet your child is after in their size.*
