🌊 Saturday Ocean Training
A cracking morning on the water, paddling 11.25 km from Terrigal down toward Copacabana and back.
We had some fairly solid conditions, with a building south-easterly swell rolling through and giving the crew plenty to work with. It was a great session for developing ocean awareness, timing, boat control and confidence while maintaining good crew rhythm.
A strong, controlled paddle completed in 1 hour 19 minutes, with everyone working well together through the changing conditions.
These are the sessions that build capable ocean paddlers. Well done, crew! 💪🌊
