Liv’s elite aerobic ability, relentless work rate and commitment to high performance have made her such a driving force within our Reserves team this season. As captain, she leads by example, setting the standard every training session and bringing the intensity that pushes those around her to be better.

A dynamic mid-courter, Liv’s impact can be felt at both ends of the court. Her ability to run out a game, compete relentlessly in defence and create opportunities in attack makes her such a complete player.

Her impact on court is matched by the person she is off it, a true leader, and incredible teammate. Liv embodies everything you want in a captain and has been so deserving of this recognition.
