Our aim is to provide every child with the opportunity to learn and appreciate dance in an interesting and enjoyable environment either on a casual or serious basis. Emphasis is on classical training and some character, modern and national styles are included for enjoyment, interest and extension. Our students performed “Light After Darkness” so beautifully, bringing the vision to life and leaving absolutely everything on that stage. We couldn’t be prouder. 🥹
But beyond the awards, one of the best parts of Schools Challenge has been watching this group create such beautiful friendships, memories and a team bond that will last well beyond the stage. 💕

Our Avant Dance Studio students are taking the stage at Schools Challenge Australia tonight! ✨
Schools Challenge gives students the opportunity to create a stage-ready performance through dance, theatre and storytelling, while exploring important values including positive mental health, growth mindset, positive body image and having a voice. 💃🏼✨
Our dancers have worked so hard all year for this moment, and now it’s finally time to share it! We can’t wait to see them take the stage. 🥹💗
