Stop trying & make stretch happen! Stretch & flexibility classes for the young & the old & everyone in-between!
That's So Stretch started after many requests from friends & family for a fun, dance-based stretch class. The class allows students to go at their own pace in a supportive environment; you don't have to stay silent throughout (in fact, this rarely happens) & having a laugh is definitely encouraged. Class is currently held at Underwood on a Tuesday evening from 6:30-7:30pm, however we are taking expressions of interest for a Monday night class a little closer to the city.
