Taree parkrun

Taree parkrun is a free, timed, 5km run / walk held at 8am every Saturday morning at 8am The great thing is that you only ever need to do this once!

Parkrun is not a race against other runners, but a 5km timed run, jog or walk. It can really be whatever you want it to be, whether that's for fun or as part of a training plan. Taree Parkrun offers an opportunity for all members of our local community, male or female, young or old, to come together on a regular basis to enjoy our beautiful waterfront and get physically active in the process. We are looking for 3 Marshals (Endeavour, Sailo’s & Martin Bridge), 1 Tailwalker, a Photographer and a Token Sorter for this Saturday the 29th. All these roles are easy and training can be provided if you haven’t done a role before.
Get those feel-good vibes by giving back to parkrun! 😁😇

We are missing one token from yesterday’s event. 😲
Finish tokens are not souvenirs. Once you’ve been scanned at the finish, please drop the little token you were just handed into the bucket - we need each and every token for the weeks that follow.

Left behind at Taree parkrun on Saturday 22nd August. We’ll keep it safe. Message us and we’ll drop it off to you through the week, or you can pick it up at parkrun next Saturday. We can’t hold items for more than a week, so if it goes unclaimed it will be donated to an op shop.
