She did it……. had a big weekend competing in the CrossFit Games Masters Semi finals last weekend. The Workouts were hard, they tested her and she absolutely smashed it. She tackled the workouts head on and gave it her absolute all. We are all so proud of her!!!
Shoutout to Josh at for allowing to do a workout there and judging. And shoutout to and for super judging over the weekend.

These guys have had a successful day at the semi finals in Lithgow. Achieving personal bests, tackling hard workouts and ended up placing to go through to the finals.
