Twin peaks challenge is a fitness challenge raising money for the Ronald McDonald House in Tamworth.
Twins Peak Challenge VIII is returning in Spring 2021 for it's 8th year, and to date with outstanding efforts from participants has raised over a staggering $170,000 for Ronald McDonald House. Charities like RMH rely solely on community fundraising, so the heros that join the Twin Peaks Challenge each year, train as a team to build a community of people, who put themselves through a fitness challe

What an energetic Saturday morning and how that weather was shining down on us. Thank you for everyone who participated in this years challenge and all of your family, friends and work colleagues (Simon Heppell and Olav Tvedten - Tamworth Base Hospital) who supported you. AND of course our fantastic volunteers!!!

A HUGE thank you to all our 2016 Challengers for an amazing day yesterday! We had fantastic weather and it was a super effort from everyone. Our fundraisers pulled out all the stops again this year, and the Centaur Outdoor Events Team handed over a cheque at the Champs, Cramps and Challenges Ball last night in aid of research to find a cure for Motor Nurone Disease for a whopping $10,000!!! Congratulations again to all our Challengers, Volunteers and people that donated. We are already planning for next year and we hope to see you all there! To date the Twin Peak Challenge has raised over $190,000 for charity. You know exactly where your donation dollar goes with Centaur Outdoor Events.

With the Peel River in full flow, it looks like we will have a break in the weather for Saturday!!
The Twin Peaks Challenge course roads are reopening and the tracks are drying out nicely.
It's going to another great Challenge raising much needed funds to find a cure against MND and supporting the 'Champs, Cramps and Challenges Ball' Have a listen to yours truly having a chat about the Twin Peaks Challenge at 5.00pm with the boys from 'The Send Off' on 92.9 fm today. If you can spare a few hours and volunteer on Saturday that would be fantastic.

There will be a some changes to the 'Long Course' Mountain Bike Ride due to flooding in the area. Don' t think you're getting off lightly... you will still be doing approx 50km!! Any course changes will be announced on Saturday at the safety brief.
